1. Research with clear boundaries

Stockatlass provides stock research and financial education. It does not execute trades, hold client money, provide brokerage services, or give personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. Content is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security.

This draft makes no claim that Stockatlass or its operator is registered, licensed, or approved by a financial regulator. A disclaimer does not replace any authorization required for a future service.

2. Eligibility and access

The intended audience is adults aged 18 or older who can legally use the service in their location. Stockatlass accounts use an email address and password. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Public research pages remain accessible without an account.

3. Market data and source rights

Quotes, fundamentals, exchange rates, and news may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, interrupted, or unavailable. Read each source, timestamp, currency, and data-status label. Demo data is illustrative and must not be used for investment decisions.

Official TradingView widgets display provider-supplied market information directly in your browser for selected supported exchanges. Stock data may be delayed or end-of-day; availability on TradingView's own website does not establish availability in its public widgets. A market or language choice does not promise coverage of every listing, and unsupported instruments must remain identified as unavailable.

The free widget offering is subject to TradingView's current terms and coverage and is not guaranteed to remain free or available indefinitely. Original provider attribution and branding remain visible. This integration does not obtain a raw-price API, ingest or cache widget prices, export their underlying data, or use them as input to the AI assistant or Stockatlass calculations. An independent data feed requires its own access and display rights.

Stock News and Deals contain curated, dated announcements and entries maintained by the operator. They are not an automatic live feed. Deal status describes the linked announcement on its publication date; later approvals, amendments, completion, or termination must be checked with the original source.

Publicly viewable data is not automatically licensed for redistribution. Provider and exchange restrictions apply to copying, caching, downloading, and commercial reuse. Google Finance is linked for reference; importing or redistributing its data requires the relevant permission. Licensed feeds are enabled only within their authorized scope.

4. AI research assistant

AI may misunderstand a question or produce inaccurate information. Verify material claims against original filings and current market sources. The assistant must identify missing evidence and must not invent sources, prices, filings, or citations. Its responses do not guarantee returns or assess suitability for your circumstances.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity, or misleading financial promotion. Do not upload private account credentials or confidential personal information. Do not bypass security, evade provider limits, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or access another person's information.

6. Intellectual property

Publishers, issuers, exchanges, and data providers retain rights in their content. Linked articles remain on the publisher's website; their full text must not be copied without authorization. Brand names identify sources and securities and do not imply endorsement. Reuse requires the relevant owner's permission or another lawful basis.

7. Availability and responsibility

No uninterrupted availability, price accuracy, or investment outcome is promised. Users remain responsible for independent research and decisions. Any limitation of liability applies only where lawful; nothing removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. International use, changes, and suspension

Market availability depends on reliable data, licensing, and local restrictions. Country and language choices do not establish eligibility or legal compliance. Mandatory laws in an applicable jurisdiction continue to apply.

Access may be restricted for security incidents, misuse, legal requirements, or loss of data rights. Material changes should be disclosed before taking effect where required. The operator must confirm notice, appeal, and termination procedures before release.

9. Operator details pending

Operator identity, business address, support contact, governing law, and dispute process are pending operator and legal review. This is a review draft, not a completed legal agreement. English is the review text; any language summaries are informational until reviewed and approved.
