How Stockatlass uses sources and handles content concerns

1. Original reporting and publisher links
Stockatlass's own company-news summaries use brief original wording to explain selected, verifiable events. They identify the source and publication date and link readers to the original announcement or publisher. A dated summary is not a current trading signal or a complete article. Corrections and subsequent developments must be checked against the source.
A separate official-announcements section automatically reads selected permitted institutional RSS feeds for market policy and the economy. It displays only the institution, title, date and original link, with an update or stale-status label. It omits full articles, publisher images, logos and documents outside the permitted feed scope. Refreshes occur on visits to the news page or its endpoint, with caching; availability is not guaranteed and this is not a continuous real-time service.
Full publisher articles, photographs, videos, paywalled reports, charts and proprietary analysis are not republished here without the necessary rights. Stockatlass does not use Moneycontrol as a scraped news database. Public accessibility, a search result, attribution or an AI paraphrase is not a redistribution license. A linked publisher may restrict access or require a subscription, and its own terms apply when you visit it.
2. Provider displays and licensing
Official TradingView widgets display provider-controlled market information and news inside the provider integration with its attribution and branding retained. Displayed news text remains in that integration; Stockatlass does not extract it into its database, export it, use it to train models or feed it to the free FAQ assistant. Provider availability and permitted use can change.
An embed or reference link does not grant Stockatlass or visitors ownership of the underlying material. Any additional copying, image use, caching, translation, syndication or data download needs the relevant authorization or another valid legal basis. Permission for one source does not cover another source.
3. Community uploads
Post original stock-market opinions and media you own or are authorized to share. A screenshot, social-media post, article image or video found online may belong to someone else. Cite sources for factual claims, disclose relevant conflicts and identify materially AI-generated or altered media so readers are not misled. Do not upload private credentials, confidential records or personal information without authority.
Authors retain their rights and grant only the community hosting, display, processing and moderation permission described in the terms. Approval by the website owner is a publishing decision; it does not establish that every submission is accurate or that its author has obtained every necessary permission. Suspected infringement can be reported using the contact section below.
4. Editorial illustrations and brands
Stockatlass owner posts may use original AI-generated educational illustrations labelled as such. These pictures are illustrative and do not show actual stock prices, documentary events or verified transactions. A generated picture is not presented as a publisher's photograph or proof of a financial claim.
Company, exchange and publisher names are used to identify securities and sources. Third parties retain their respective brand and content rights. Stockatlass does not claim affiliation, approval or sponsorship merely by naming or linking them.
5. Report a copyright or content concern
Use the public support address in the contact section below. Give the Stockatlass page or media URL, identify the work or material at issue, explain your ownership or authority to act and the concern, and provide a reply address. A link to the original work and any relevant permission details help the operator review the report. Send only information needed for the concern; never send passwords or financial-account credentials.
Reports are reviewed by the website operator, who may request clarification, restrict disputed material, correct an entry or contact the uploader as appropriate. Reports should be made honestly and with sufficient detail to identify the material. This support and moderation process does not claim a registered statutory notice agent, automatic legal protection or a guaranteed resolution.
6. Scope of this policy
This policy describes Stockatlass's source-use rules. It does not create permission from a publisher, replace legal advice, certify compliance in every country or guarantee that no complaint or legal claim can arise. Copyright exceptions and other rights vary by jurisdiction; the operator remains responsible for the actual use of material.
